children's ministry

We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power and the wonders He has done...Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget His deeds but would keep His commands.

Psalm 78:4B & 7

FOR CHILDREN AGES 2 AND YOUNGER

SACC's GrowZone Nursery is designed to be an environment in which your kids can discover God's love in a safe place, explore the world God created around them, and experience God's love through trained, nurturing nursery staff.

    CHILDREN AGES 3 through PRE-K

SACC's Preschool Kids will begin to discover where they fit into the "Big God Story." This happens weekly through interactive Bible stories, engaging worship, and hands-on activities designed just for them.

    CHILDREN K-5th Grade

Our purpose is to develop children into followers of Christ. We are constantly seeking new and relevant ways to help children experience the love of Christ and to join parents in raising them to be world changers! As parents, we welcome your participation in this process. All of our talented and caring adult volunteers have filled out a background screening form and been approved for ministry with children.

Our methods vary, but our message is constant. Our challenge is big, but our God is bigger!

GEMS

(Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior)

GEMS is a relationship building club for elementary age girls. They will meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 8pm starting on September 17th. Our program offers members the opportunity to experience leadership challenges, serve others, and make new friends, all while having tons of fun! We will accomplish this by studying the Bible together, talking about topics that resonate with issues girls face today, and engaging in exciting hands-on learning opportunities.

Earning badges is an important part of GEMS. We believe when girls understand their unique design, as well as the nature of their designer, they will be equipped and empowered to change the world. Through badge work, our club members will have the opportunity to discover how they are wired. As they learn about and try different things, they will uncover their own areas of success.

upcoming events

Arts & Music Summer Camp

We are created in the image of God, and as such are born with the ability and desire to be creative. SACC Music & Arts Summer Camp is all about giving expression to that creativity. Our camp is designed as an immersion experience in music, drama, singing, and art where students not only experience and develop their skills in the arts - but they have a blast doing it! Each day will begin with a time of worship and a episode of "Bible Live," an entertaining Biblical skit that challenges campers to apply lessons learned to their every day lives. The week will culminate with a performance of "God's Not Dead" on August 11th from 6pm to 8pm (all participants are asked to commit to attending the performance).

Deadline for registrations is July 28th. CLICK HERE FOR THE REGISTRATION FORM.
