sunday services

Our 9 and 10:45 AM services include practical teaching from God's Word and authentic worship that serves as a catalyst for living a life of worship all week long. For both AM services, we offer age-appropriate programming for nursery, preschool, and elementary-aged children. Our Youth meet from 9 - 10:15 AM in the Youth House, which is adjacent to the main church building.

Our 6:30 PM service (sacc@night) is an hour long, filled with biblically-based teaching that is infused with life application. The lights are dimmed and the music is louder. At most of the evening services we partake of Communion as the high point of the service. There are also plenty of opportunities to get to know the people around you and get connected.

who is sacc

No matter who you are, where you've been, or what you've done, you matter to God, and are welcome at South Albany Community Church (SACC).  SACC is a gathering place with people of all ages and from all walks of life.

It's also a real-life community - real humans living real lives, making mistakes, experiencing triumphs and joy, doing their best with what they've been given, finding their next steps toward Jesus and helping others do the same.

South Albany Community Church is concerned that you know you're loved by Christ. He wants to provide you with abundant life, your true identity and change you into the person he has created you to be. As Christ is changing you he desires you to be about helping others discover life in him and becoming who he has designed them to be. We sum this up by saying we are about "Bringing Life to Albany, Making Disciples who Make Disciples."

So point your feet in the right direction, take a step, and see what happens. But don't go it alone - we weren't made for that. Join with people who will walk with you through life's ups and downs, and pick you up when you stumble and fall.
